4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts by:

• Using strong, unique passwords
• Keeping the email account linked to Qubicex secure, as login verification codes are sent there
• Not sharing passwords or verification codes with anyone, including people claiming to be Qubicex staff
• Regularly monitoring account activity
• Reporting any suspicious activity immediately

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Users must respect the privacy of others and protect personal information by:

• Not collecting or harvesting personal information from other users
• Not sharing or selling personal information obtained through our Services
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws
• Reporting any data breaches or security incidents

6. Intellectual Property

Users must respect intellectual property rights by:

10. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code may result in:

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to relevant authorities when required by law

Any action we take will be proportionate to the violation. Where the law allows, we will tell you which rule we believe was broken and give you an opportunity to respond. Suspending your account does not remove your right to the funds you are lawfully entitled to, as set out in our Terms of Service.

• Qubicex may help resolve disputes between users when appropriate.
• Any other disputes are handled as described in our Terms of Service.
